Prepare before going offline
- Sign in as a Business Owner on a trusted device.
- Open Offline Sales, select your business and branch, then download the catalog while online.
- Record cash, walk-in sales with cached products, SKUs, and inventory information.
- Reconnect and check Sync Center until the server confirms each sale.
Offline stock is a snapshot, not live availability. Stock conflicts require review after reconnection. Offline access lasts up to 12 hours before renewal.
Expenses, CRM, live analytics, payment verification, and administration require an internet connection. Sync pending sales before clearing browser data.
