Your records, available to export

Business owners can download CSV files or a ZIP containing their business data from Data & export. Export access remains available after Business Tools access expires, subject to account and business access rules. Keep downloaded customer information private.

Business isolation and account protection

Business and branch access are checked on the server. Purchasing and full exports are limited to authenticated business owners. Use a unique account password, keep account recovery information current, and revoke team access when it is no longer needed.

Backups and retention

Exports provide portable copies of business records; they are not database restore backups. Backup schedules, restore availability and retention depend on the deployment operator. No particular recovery time or backup guarantee is promised on this page.

Offline safeguards

Supported offline sales use the existing synchronization workflow and require server confirmation. Purchasing, analytics and exports require an internet connection. Receipt submissions are checked against their operation identifiers to prevent duplicate stock updates.

Privacy and communication

Customer contact records do not grant marketing permission. Email and SMS consent are recorded separately, with evidence and withdrawal support. Transactional notifications remain separate from marketing.
