Installation and privacyDevice requirements, offline limits, and data protection

Use Install app when offered, or your browser menu’s Add to Home Screen / Install option. HTTPS and a browser with IndexedDB and Web Crypto are required. Keyboard USB/Bluetooth scanners work in the search field. Camera scanning is available in supported browsers with manual entry as a fallback. Inventory changes, expenses, CRM and online payment verification require a connection.

Use a trusted device. Offline access expires after 12 hours; reconnect to renew it. Lock or log out before sharing the device. Locked transactions remain encrypted and can be recovered by the same account after signing in. Clearing browser/site data deletes pending sales; sync before clearing it. An offline device cannot learn of an account revocation until it reconnects or its access expires.
